These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Pranav Digitals Wedding Photography. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm a booking, clients must agree to the following payment structure:

• 20% Advance Payment
  A non-refundable advance of 20% of the total package amount is required at the time of booking to block the event date.

• 70% Payment on Wedding Day
  70% of the total amount must be paid on the wedding day or immediately after the wedding event is completed.

• 5% Payment at Video Delivery
  The next 5% payment is due at the time of final edited video delivery.

• Remaining 5% Payment at Album Delivery
  The final 5% payment must be cleared at the time of album delivery.

All payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in delay in delivery.

2. Raw Data & Deliverables

• After receiving 70% payment, raw images will be provided to the client:

  • via Pen Drive or

  • via Google Drive / online link

• Edited wedding videos will be delivered within a few days after completion of editing, depending on the project timeline and workload.

• Album designing and printing will start only after selection approval and payment clearance as per the terms.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Raw Images: Provided after 70% payment

• Edited Video: Delivered once editing is completed and 5% payment is received

• Album: Delivered after final approval and remaining 5% payment

Delivery timelines may vary due to event size, editing complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Copyright & Ownership

All rights related to the following remain exclusively with Pranav Digitals Wedding Photography:

• Raw images

• Edited images

• Edited videos

• Raw video footage

Pranav Digitals Wedding Photography reserves full copyright and usage rights for portfolio, website, social media, promotions, advertisements, and marketing purposes.

Clients are granted personal usage rights only. Commercial usage, resale, or modification without written permission is not allowed.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Timely payments as per the agreed schedule

• Clear communication regarding event schedule and requirements

• Cooperation during shoots for smooth workflow

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Pranav Digitals Wedding Photography shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and/or making an advance payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
