Securing Your Dates
How far in advance should we book Pranav Digitals?
We highly recommend booking us 6 to 12 months in advance. Since we take a limited number of luxury weddings each season to maintain cinematic quality, prime wedding dates in Rajasthan (especially between October to February) get booked very quickly.
What is the payment structure to confirm a booking?
To officially block our dates for your wedding, we require a 50% advance booking amount. The next 40% is due on the first day of the event, and the remaining 10% is cleared at the time of final data handover.
Can we customize our photography package?
Absolutely! We understand that every Marwari and destination wedding has different rituals. We offer fully customizable packages where you can add extra days, drone coverage, or dedicated reel cinematographers based on your itinerary.

The Artistic Process
Do you shoot for both the Bride and Groom sides?
Yes, we prefer taking up the entire project (both sides) to ensure a cohesive storytelling experience and cinematic consistency in your final wedding film. It allows our directors to capture the complete emotional arc of the day.
Can we choose the music for our wedding film?
We welcome your song suggestions! However, our lead editors usually curate premium, licensed cinematic tracks that perfectly match the beat and mood of the visuals. We merge your preferences with our cinematic style.
Will you provide raw, unedited photos and videos?
Yes, we provide all raw data (JPEGs and unedited video clips) to our clients. We bring an external hard drive to the venue on the last day, or you can provide one, and we will transfer all raw files before leaving.
Delivery Timelines
When do we get our memories?
When will we get the Instagram/Highlight Teaser?
Your 1-minute cinematic teaser or Instagram reels are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days after the wedding, perfect for your social media announcements.
How long does it take for the final Wedding Film and Album?
Due to our intensive Netflix-grade color grading and audio syncing process, the final cinematic wedding film and fully edited photos take about 45 to 60 days. Premium printed coffee-table albums are delivered 15 days after you approve the digital draft.

Logistics outside Jodhpur
Do you travel outside Jodhpur for weddings?
Yes! While we are based in Jodhpur, we frequently shoot destination weddings in Udaipur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Goa, and across India. We love traveling to capture love stories.
Who bears the travel and accommodation costs?
For weddings outside Jodhpur, the travel (flights/cabs) and accommodation costs for our crew are borne by the client. We request a basic, comfortable stay near the venue so we can start shooting early.
